Beast Wars: I'm going crazy

I could have swore there was a character in about season 2 with a panthers head in robot mode and he would transform into a tape, he was kinda a double crosser, now me friend knows nothing about it and I cant find anything about him on the web either so could someone help me?

The guy who are you referring to is named Ravage. He was a character in the orignal transformers. Here is a link to find more information on him. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ravage_%28Transformers%29

I liked Ravage. I think he was a pretty good character. Too bad he was so short lived.

Ravage was only meant to appear in those three episodes, hence why you saw his head get knocked off the cliff in "Optimal Situation." Takara did make a toy of him, and he does reappear in IDW's Beast Wars: The Gathering miniseries.

That was kinda lame how he turned into a tape. I was always confused by that. Can he turn into a pantha or does he turn into anything he wants.

In the original series, Ravge was one of Soundwave's tapes that transformed into a panther.

Ravage was pretty cool. And yeah, the tape thing was beacouse he changed into a tape in the origanal show. I really liked it when they had the old school charecters show up.

Those were great episodes. When Optimus was telling the others of "the decepticon who was granted amnesty" and rebuilt as a Predacon, their was almost fear in his voice.
