Beauty and the Geek

A strange spot for both the Beauties and Geeks, the challenge takes them to the farm. I laughed so hard when they were doing the challenge. Neils was so funny when he was trying to carry the bale of hay. The cow farting on Megan was just classic. I also liked Cecile having a hard time milking the cow.



Meghan really surprised when she grabbed that sheep. I didn't think she had it in her. Meghan and Scooter are the team to beat now. They might even take the money. Cecile isn't really pulling her share and letting Nate do all the work.



When they were watching the tapes from the first episode, I thought almost everybody changed, (not Cecile, of course, she's still the blonde pompous bastard from episode one) even Jennylee. I didn't think they deserve to go home, Jennylee definately had better potential to change than Cecile. Nate should have been a gentleman and threw the challenge for Jennylee.



So, whatever I said before about Jennylee and Neils leaving, I take it back. I didn't realize she changed till this episode. Meghan and Scooter, my support is with you. Take out Cecile and Nate please!

At the start of the episode, Nate and Jennylee are shown in bed, canoodling, both most likely contemplating that one of them may be eliminated (they are on different teams) or they may face each other in the finals.



The other girls and geeks are shown in the next bedroom, having a "serious" discussion. While the boys try to convince Cecille and Megan that a quality relationship is most important. Cecille states, "Money is the most important thing. Call me when you make the big bucks." The teams are called into the library to learn what this week's challenge will be: doing chores at the farm! Both the beauty and the geek will be working as a team for this challenge. Megan chooses to wear hardly any clothing and her uncomfortable cowboy boots. Like she says, "It's important to look cute no matter what."



When the teams arrive at the ranch, they learn they will have to complete three chores:

1) Move five bales of hay

2) Milk a cow for a couple ounces of milk

3) Catch six sheep and remove their teams tag

Scooter and Megan lead the entire challenge. Props have to be given to Megan, as she sacrifices her body in order to catch the sheep. Thanks to her hard work, she and Scooter win the challenge. This team has never gone to elimination.



A hilarious scene follows after the challenge in which Scooter and Neils hose each other's bodies off. Once everyone is cooled off, they are treated to a country style barbecue. Jennylee and Nate sneak off to have a tender moment. There is a very touching exchange between the two as they embrace.

Jennylee: You're not a geek.

Nate: You're a beauty.

Aw, maybe it's love?



When the teams return to the house, they are treated to a video chronicling their first moments in the house. It's surprising to see how much the geeks have changing, mostly in appearance. The girls have changed a bit too, in that they have grown closer to people whom they would never socialize with (case in point: Nate and Jennylee). The group marvels at how much they have changed, with the exception of Cecille. She claims she hasn't changed.



At the elimination the questions are about farming. Everyone gets all the answers and it comes down to Neils. He misses the question (Where did the Chisolm trail end?) which was extremely hard, and Nate and Cecille are in the finals now. Cecille says something really stupid that no one understands: "You can take the blonde to the farm, but you can't take the bikini off of the blonde." Classic Cecille!



The finale will pit Megan and Scooter against Cecille and Nate. With Megan and Scooter's record of never going to elimination, they will be a tough team to beat.
