This episode was banned after an 18-year-old named Calvin Settle dropped a bowling ball from the top section of the New Jersey Route 139 superhighway, killing an 8 month old girl named Natalia Rivera. Morality in Media, a media watchdog group similar to the Parents Television Council, tried to connect the incident with this episode.
