While working at Burger World, Beavis burned his hand on the grill trying to cut the meat, and the Manager told him to be careful because if he doesn't he gets worker's compensation which means if you get hurt at work by accident the government sends the worker home and still get paid, Butt-head has an several ideas to get worker's compensation but failed when the Manager came back in the kitchen and slipped on oil, burned his hands on the grill, and his foot was caught in the bucket and falled. • The wrong way to get Workers' Compensation.

    "Superb"
Here is my review for the Beavis and Butt-Head episode "Work Is Death". It is about the boys learning about Workers' Compensation and try to get it themselves (They even call it "Workers' Constipation", I might add). The best way they try to get paid is to have Beavis get physically hurt...badly. Butt-Head beats up Beavis very painfully; he even smacks Beavis in the head with a frying pan. After the manager sees what happens, he tells the boys that they have to get hurt during an accident in order to get Workers' Compensation. And so, Butt-Head then hurts Beavis in a natural way to actually make it look like an accident. And then, when the manager walks into the kitchen, he slips on the mess that Beavis and Butt-Head have caused while trying to get Workers' Compensation and gets hurt at the end. A really silly episode for people who have jobs at any restaurant.moreless

    • Burger World Manager: (after Beavis burned his hand on the grill) What happened to your hand? Butt-head: He was playing with the meat. Burger World Manager: What? Damn it, Beavis! There's nothing wrong with you. Beavis: Oh, yeah, I'll be damned.

    • Beavis: (seeing the manager slip on the mess they made) Damn it! We were craved for this "Worker's Constipation", and this bunghole stole our idea! Butt-Head: So, uh... Can you, like, show us how you did that? (The manager gets up, but falls down again as Beavis and Butt-Head watch.)

    • Manager: (seeing Butt-Head smack Beavis with a frying pan) Hey! What the hell is going on here? Butt-Head: Uh... We're trying to get that "worker's constipation". Manager: You don't get Worker's Comp. for fighting; it has to be an accident. Beavis: You mean we have to, like, poop in our pants? (to himself) Poop. Manager: No, you moron. You have to be injured by something on the job. Now clean yourselves up and get back to work!

    • Manager: Be careful in the kitchen. Burger World cannot afford to pay out any more Worker's Compensation. Butt-Head: Uh... "Worker's Constipation"? Beavis: Yeah, I get that all the time at work; when I can't take a poop.

    • The clip of Butt-Head shoving Beavis' head in the mop bucket is reused in the montage sequence on the episode "Beavis and Butt-Head Are Dead".

    • Mr. Graham from "Patsies" aka the positive acting teens makes a brief appearance in this episode as a customer at Burger World.
