The episode starts off with Team Exodus running to the winner's circle of the Riverdown Race Track in Cincinnati to get their picture taken with the winning horse (Task #24). They accomplish this task and now lead Team Cake 7-4. Meanwhile, Team Cake is in Cleveland at a strip club. The owner of the club drives them to Toledo, where they meet up with Charles' friends. Team Exodus, fresh from the horsetrack, still have a ride, so they head to Indianapolis to attempt a task with either the Indiana Pacers or the Indiana Fever. They meet Pacers Head Coach Isiah Thomas, but he is unable to help with their tasks, so they wait for a representative of the Public Relations department for the NBA and WNBA teams. They are able to set up a task with the Indiana Fever (Task #9). Greg goes up against Natalie Williams, and the first player to reach seven points will win. Like Charles in a previous episode, Greg loses to Natalie Williams. They then head to Chicago. Meanwhile, Team Cake heads to Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to try to get their picture taken with a piece of the Final Four net and a player or coach (Task #21). They are able to do this when the Athletic Department finds a piece of rope from the net, and Marquette forward Scott Merritt takes the picture with them. Team Cake heads to Chicago, in a car given to them by a friend of Charles, and try to accomplish a task with the Chicago Bears. They are unable to set up any task, so they head to Wrigley Field to try get permission to sing "Take Me Out to the Ballgame" during the 7th inning stretch (Task #46). They are unable to get ahold of the Public Relations Department. Kerri and Kristen begin to argue about what should have been done regarding their situation, and then Charles comes back and delivers the news that the car they were driving has been booted for illegal parking. The team then heads over to a bar and asks people to help them pay the fee to get the boot off. On Day 10 of the race, both teams meet in Chicago and are told they have to compete in a best of three basketball competition. The competitions include a free-throw competition, a game of P-I-G, and if needed, Blind Man's Bluff. The first competition is free-throws, and Greg and Charles go up against each other with the first to make ten shots winning this portion. Greg is able to narrowly beat Charles, 10-9. Then in a game of P-I-G, all the members of each team, and Jay Williams of the Chicago Bulls are to play. Stacey beats everyone, and Team Exodus wins the head-to-head competition. For winning the competition, Team Exodus receives a car and dinner at McDonalds. Charles' old friend from Duke, Jay Williams, gets Team Cake a limo to take them where they need to go. Team Exodus then heads to the Chicago Bears' facility to attempt to catch a thirty-five yard pass from an NFL all-pro quarterback (Task #16). They are able to arrange this task with Bears QB Chris Chandler, but are unable to complete it, since Stacey was unable to catch any of the three passes during her turn. They are able to talk Chris Chandler into attempting this task again the next day. Team Cake heads back to Wrigley Field to try and attempt to accomplish a task.moreless

Meanwhile in Tennessee, Team Exodus was trying to get a female boxer to box one round versus a team member (Task #19). Unable to convince her manager, the team took a brief break to regroup, and attempted to work another angle on the manager. This technique worked, and Team Exodus was able to set up this task. While waiting for a boxing ring, the team was met by their newest teammate, Eric, who was voted out of Team Cake. After meeting with their new team member, Doug stepped into the ring and lasted a whole round with a professional female boxer.

While on their way to Cleveland, Team Cake stopped in Pittsburgh to get dinner, which was awarded to both teams for reaching the half way point of the game. While in Pittsburgh, Team Cake met their new teammate Kerri, voted out of Team Exodus. Team Cake then headed to Cleveland and went to Jacobs Field. Initally, they wanted to either turn a double play with A-Rod (Task #14) or hit a ball out of the infield during batting practice (Task #4), but were unable to do either. They then got the go ahead for a task which made Charles sell 100 hot dogs, and then eat 1 for every ten he sold (Task #50).

Meanwhile, Team Exodus was in Cincinnati attempting to dump Gatorade on the Bengal's head coach, Marvin Lewis (Task #45).
