Once again, Erica is sent back to her university days, but this time to overcome her fear of confrontation.
  • Awesome episode. More of the main characters are introduced including Erica's extremely mean boss, Julianne.

    9.5
    "Superb"
This was the best episode so far. Erica's new boss, Julianne, is one of those characters you just love to hate. This episode was extremely funny and satisfying.

Reciting Britney Spear's "Baby One More Time" was hilarious, because us, as the audience, we know the song. The fact that Lozar thought it was genius poetry was great. Lozar's character was also very well played.

There was also a lot of good character development in this. It's a shame that people that judge new shows by the first three episodes, because this was the best episode so far. Can't wait to see what comes next!moreless

    • Brent: Out of her favorite organic espresso beans. Erica: What? Brent: You can make your latte with regular beans, your choice. Erica: No, you point me to the nearest Starbucks, I need to go buy her an organic espresso beans, stat! Brent: Oooh, score one for the newbie! You passed the test, good one. No need for Starbucks. I keep spare bag espresso beans in my emergency drawer. Julienne goes Hannibal if you make her latte with reg. She gets this...sexy little lip curl...God, she could be so hot! Oh, (telephone rings) okay, speak of the devil...

    • Erica: Seems most of the time we walk around with the world on mute. But when you're on the cusp of something dramatic and maybe life changing its like a filter comes off and suddenly everything comes alive, and even the smallest moment is in-viewed with the magic of possibility and you think this is the night when you drop your mask and reveal your true self, this is the night when everything is re-written.
