Governor Gatling: I've just been tossing and turning, trying to make up my mind who to pick for the Attorney General and I just can't get to sleep. Kraus: I have the same problem. Governor Gatling: Well thanks, Miss Kraus. Nut picking the new Attorney General is really MY job. Kraus: Governor, I would like to speak to you about becoming a citizen. Governor Gatling: Well, I already AM a citizen, Miss Kraus. You can't be Governor unless you're a citizen. Kraus: Well, that is what I want to be. Governor Gatling: Fine, but you will have to become a citizen first.
Jerry Seinfeld guest stars once again as Frankie the mailman.
The episode title alludes to the classic 1941 movie, Citizen Kane.
