This installment wasn't as funny as the last one, but sure, it certainly looked enjoyable. The premise is still immature, and the writers still need to rack their brains if they want to sell this episode on the longer run.
We had the usual Ted and Veronica dynamics, where they strike a deal beneficial to each other. Ted wants Veronica to sell wrapping paper for Rose so that she can win a trip to Disneyland. In turn, Veronica wants Ted to negotiate prices with a gay army General, who is attracted to Ted. Things take a turn when Ted realizes that Rose doesn't want to win, because her competitor turns out to be a disabled kid; and beating her would mean being hated. Veronica does everything to make Rose win, and Ted does every to make her lose. In another parallel plot, Linda gets accidentally drugged by Phil and Lem. She becomes all hyperactive, and the withdrawal symptoms make her depressive and crazy. Though a little bit childish, I liked the feathers idea to get back at Lem and Phil. Fine episode overall.
