I honestly thought that Dylan was really happy for once and that he would end up with Toni for a while, but then she dies I was shocked and sad ... I liked Toni and it was sad for her to die.. But at the same time, I kinda liked how the storyine went... Right now I'm still in thoughts whether Toni should of died or been kept alive, what do you think?

Yep I think she should of. They were planning on leaving Beverly Hills so wish the writers could have let them do it. He was so happy with her he really was. He always had bad things happen to him so I liked that he found someone and he was happy. I loved Dylan and Brenda but those two always drama. Dylan and TOni they were just happy.

No. In my opinion, a lot of her fan appeal stems from her death. That last sceneof Dylan holding her in his arms is so powerful, it's one of the most memorable moments from the entire show. Granted, they were really cute together in the episodes before her death, but to me, that last scene cements their relationship in stone.

However, I will say I do favor Dylan's relationship with Brenda. So me and other Brenda/Dylan fans are satisfied in the decision to kill of Toni -- we recognize she was good for Dylan and mourn for her so to speak, but know who he should end up with.

That episode was the best in the series, so it's hard for me to say that they should have changed anything in it. A very sad ending to a GREAT storyline.

The importance of her death for the storyline, Toni should have died. I would of personally liked to see Toni live because I thought she was the absolute best for Dylan (even better than Brenda & Kelly!!). I was disappointed that she only lasted a few episodes, I think the writers should of at least keep Toni for a season, maybe half of one, but not8or 9episodes. I'm surprised the producers didn't add Rebecca Gayheart to the opening credits for her appearences. It seemed she had more camera time than Ray Pruitt and Jamie Walters had an opening credit slot during that time.

I think she should of. Dylan was really happy with her. He also seemed to be on a great path in his life with her.

As much as I loved Dylan and Toni together, she HAD to die for this storyline to have as much impact as it had. This is one of, if not THE best episode of the entire 10 seasons. Dylan had some great dramatic moments in seasons 1-6.

I think she should of lived. When Dylan came back in season 9 they ruined his character. That wasn't the Dylan Mcay we knew and loved.

Very sad but well done episode. Dylan is a tragic character for the most part, so this kind of loss fits with the rest of his life. When Luke Perry left in season 6, obviously there were no plans for him to ever return, so Dylanlosing his bride this way would be a good reason for him to never return to Beverly Hills.
