Andrea chickens out of running for class president, so she convinces Brandon to run instead. Kelly begins to see Brandon in a whole new light, and hitches her wagon to him. Brenda of course over-dramatizes the situation and does what any normal person would do; threaten to drop out of school and move out. This of course creates quite the stir at Casa-Walsh and Jim and Cindy are at their parental best. Cindy in particular is brilliant as usual. Kelly hijacks Brandons campaign from Andrea and Andrea isn't too happy with Brandon about it. Kelly promises David a date if he makes a campaign video for Brandon. In the end though, Brandon decides that his opponent, Michael Miller, would be a much better candidate and concedes the election. Brenda finds out that life on her own isn't all it's cracked up to be and comes running home with her tail between her legs. All in all, a decent episode for the gang from West Beverly. MVC: Brandon (12), Brenda (10), Kelly (5), Jim (5), and Cindy (8)moreless

    • Jim: Here're the flyers. I should have a sign, like McDonald's: Over 5 Billion Copied. Brandon: Yeah, and I'm the McCandidate. Edit
    • Brenda: (after Kelly and Donna backed out of their plans) Fine. I'll go alone. I guess Sky is too mature for you guys. Kelly: Ugh! Please, they don't even card at that club. (door slams) Kelly: (to Donna) Do they? Edit
    • Jack: (to Brenda after she interrupts his bit on-stage) Let me guess. You tried on fifty jackets, and none of 'em worked. So you decided to go with this one. Brenda: Yeah, kinda like you. You tried out fifty jokes and none of them worked. Jack: Ouch, I'm cut. I'm bleedin! Donna: (to Kelly as the crowd cheers and claps) I didn't know she could do that! Kelly: Neither did she. Edit
