Gladys Kravitz (Alice Pearce) is convinced that she has finally caught Samantha out doing something that can't be explained, after all, it just isn't possible for pictures to jump off a wall and hover about in mid-air before rearranging themselves. Or is it?
Thinking fast, Sam tells Gladys that is was she, Gladys, and NOT Samantha who was moving the pictures and by the use of ESP no less! Gladys is totally over the moon at the idea of having 'powers' and drives poor Abner (George Tobias) crazy with her constant prattle on the subject. Sam realises that drastic action is called for in order to scare Mrs. Kravitz so much that she won't consider that her 'powers' are such a gift, and so, she comes up with the idea of a seance in order for the obviously gifted Gladys to communicate with the 'Spirits'.
Abner is not too keen on the whole thing but Gladys, by now completely convinced of her supernatural abilities, can't wait to make contact with The Other Side.
Using witchcraft, Sam makes several 'mystical' things happen as she, Darrin and Mr. and Mrs. Kravitz sit around the table but she goes too far when she turns poor Abner to dust! Luckily, she is able to restore him to his human form quickly but the thought of losing Abner has scared Gladys so much that she promises to give up the supernatural entirely, which is certainly ok with Abner, who has had more than enough of it.
