Bewitched

Samantha (Elizabeth Montgomery) and Darrin (Dick York) are thrilled to find out that their first child is on the way. Everyone is delighted with the news, especially the parents-to-be but they get somewhat distracted when Aunt Clara, (Marion Lorne)trying to be her usual delightfully helpful self, accidents uses a spell that turns Darrin into a chimpanzee.



Naturally, the chimps is spotted by Gladys Kravitz (Alice Pearce) and poor Darrin is hauled off to the city zoo and put in a cage with several other primates.



Normality, or at least relative normality, is restored when Samantha, with some assistance from her delightfully scatter-brained Aunt, is able to restore Darrin to his human self and the celebration of the good news can continue.



A really great episode to start off the second season, made even more enjoyable by the usual hilarious antics of Marion Lorne in her recurring role as Aunt Clara.
