  • Endora is very much the proud, doting grandmother when she decides to teach the boasting Gladys Kravitz a lesson by making Tabatha talk.

    "Superb"
Endora is roped in to babysit for Tabatha and grudgingly agrees that she will do so without performing any witchcraft. She keeps her promise until Gladys Kravitz (Alice Pearce) drops over and starts gloating about her extraordinarily talented nephew, who is just about the same age as Tabatha, happens to be.

The boasting is far too much for Endora, so she uses witchcraft to make it appear as though Tabatha can talk. Naturally, Mrs. Kravitz spreads this amazing news all around the neighbourhood and while Samantha and Darrin are furious with Endora for casting the spell, they also have to deal with intrepid news reporters from everywhere, all of whom want the exclusive on the amazing talking baby!

Things get more and more ridiculous and hectic until finally, Endora finds a way out of the whole mess by telling everyone, including the media, that Tabatha didn't talk at all, it was just she, Endora, practicing her ventriloquism!

This is a very funny installemnt of the show, one of the best episodes of the second season. Watch it and see for yourself.
