Bewitched

Darrin is feeling depressed because he and Samantha are to meet up with his old college pal, Charlie Harper, who has been very successful indeed. It turns out that Charlie is mega rich and has everything that money can by, which makes Darrin feel even worse. Daphne, his wife, however, is a highly unpleasant woman who likes nothing better than to brag about Charlie's great wealth and success. When Darrin and Samantha visit one of the Harper's many homes for the weekend, Sam gets sick of Daphne's bragging and so, conjurs up a mighty fine jewellery case with real jewels which the snobbish Daphne thinks are just good fakes.



As Daphne continues her nonsense, Samantha zaps up a glorious mink coat which makes even Daphne green with envy. When she insists that she must have it, Charlie tries to buy it but Samantha ends up giving it to her as a gift, a gesture which, later, produces a very different Daphne.
