Who was your favorite Gladys Kravitz? I like Both of them but i have to say Alice Pearce.

I think Alice Pierce was perfect, but since she died, Sandra Gould was not a bad replacement. I think that if it were her the whole time, we would like her a lot.

    I agree with you both.
I usually like the first person doing the role. The same with Darrin. If I hadn't known any better I might have like Seargent more, but since there's a comparison, I like York.
    And Pearce.

Alice definitely. I loved her interaction with Abner. She really did seem like she might just be kooky so the routine was slightly more endearing.

I thought Alice Pearce was the best. Her facial expressions cannot be matched. Sandra Gould was a good replacement but did not have the expressions that Alice did.

I would say the same about York too.

Definetely Alice Pearce. She was actually friends with the Stephens, but still suspicious. She interacted more, and her facial expressions were a scream. Also loved her big bottle of "nerve tonic".

Alice Pearce. It seems like when Sandra Gould took over the character she became mean.

I liked Alice Pearce the best but I had no real problem with Sandra Gould, apart from the fact that I think she was quite a bit younger andadded a'nastier' streak to Gladys than the character had when Alice Pearce was playing her.
