The Washingtons adjust to life in the twentieth century as they stay with the Stephens. Larry sees them both and decides that it is a great ad campaign for his new clients, the Whirlaway Washing Machine Company. George cannot tell a lie about the washer and, as a result, loses the account for Larry and Darrin. He does the same thing in the courtroom and his charges are dismissed.     With the Washingtons still in residence and Esmerelda still unsure about how to send them back from whence they came, it's more than a little difficult to keep the first president and his wife hidden from the public view.
    Naturally, there is an advertising campaign which can use such illustrious people and make McMann and Tate a lot of money and from this point on, we have a lot of predictability which drags the episode down and that's a shame. It seems as though with the series coming to an end, the writers stopped trying to put any effort into the scripts. For such a great show, this is a terrible shame but Esmerelda is able to make things right in the end, just as we knew she would.moreless
