  • When Samantha's cousin, Serena gets herself arrested and lands on the front page of the local paper, everyone who sees it is convinced that it is Samantha.

Cousin Serena just can't seem to keep herself out of trouble. This time she gets arrested as part of a crowd at a 'Love In' and gets herself on the front page of the local paper wearing her hair in a long, blond style, making her look remarkably like Samantha.

When Sam sees the paper, she knows that Darrin will flip his lid, so she conveniently makes the picture area blank. However, she doesn't consider that other people, such as Larry and Louise Tate (David White and Kasey Rogers) will see it and, of course, assume that it is Sam who has been arrested and be appropriately appalled.

When Larry confronts Darrin about Sam's behavior, Darrin learns the truth and is completely furious with Serena. Meanwhile, he and Samantha tell Larry truthfully that Serena is Samantha's look-alike cousin and they are hoping that Serena will back them up, which she agrees to do, until Darrin insults her and she decides that she won't be so co-operative after all.

A really funny episode where Elizabeth Montgomery manages the dual roles of Samantha and Serena perfectly and even does some singing for us!
