When Darrin wins the coveted "Advertising Man of the Year" award, Samantha is overjoyed and very proud of him but Darrin himself is behaving very humbly about the whole thing. Endora isn't happy with his sttitude as she believes that there is a major ego underneath his humility. To prove her point, she casts a spell on him which makes everyone around him dazzled and impressed by every word he utters, including Larry!

Darrin is excited when he is invited to visit Mr. McMann, the Senior Partner of the firm, on his luxury yacht. Mr. McMann is as impressed by him as anyone else and, later, at a cocktail party to celebrate his win, several clients are wowed with the very dull ideas that he comes up with for their campaigns.

At home, Samantha finally forces Endora to remove the spell and tells Darrin that his best ideas always come after a lot of hard work anyway, and not just off the top of his head.moreless
