  • There is a lot of traffic around the area of Morning Glory Circle, where Darrin and Samantha live, but one particular corner has no traffic light and is particularly dangerous so Samantha decides to do something about it.

The residents of Morning Glory Circle may have their disagreements, but one thing they DO agree on is the urgent need for a traffic light on the corner of their street, where the traffic is extremely fast and dangerous, making it almost impossible for people to safely cross their.

When Samantha mentions the problem to Endora, she is at first predictably bored with all this mortal nonsense but then brightens up considerably when she goes around collecting different traffic lights from different erasand different parts of the world to see if Samantha can see one that she likes.

When the Mayor (Dan Tobin) categorically refuses to have a light installed there, stating that it isn't necessary, Samantha arranges him to experience what it is like to be stuck there in traffic and soon makes him change his mind.
