When Endora uses a spell to make Tabitha play the piano beautifully for her own personal enjoyment, neither Samantha nor Darrin are very happy. After quite a heated discussion, Samantha begins learning to play the mortal way with a mortal teacher. She does quite well and is enjoying herself. Unfortunately, one day when the teacher arrives, Endora has again bewitched Tabitha to play beautifully and Samantha's music teacher thinks he has found himself a child prodigy. The teacher arranges for a musical master to hear Tabitha play but, of course, without the use of magic, she plays just like any other child - with a lot of noise! The maestro is not impressed and neither is the teacher.

Meanwhile, when Samantha is walking past a school, she hears some beautiful piano playing coming from it and finds a young boy whose father is the school janitor is the source of the glorious sound. Finally, Samantha's music teacher has a REAL prodigy to work with and all is well.

A very enjoyable episode with lots of laughs and a lovely, happy ending.moreless
