Samantha's new witch maid Esmeralda sneezes up a whole lot of trouble when Darrin has a prospective client over to look at ad layouts. On top of that, when Esmeralda gets nervous, she fades out. Darrin uses Esmeralda's magical snafus to good use when he presents an accidental unicorn as a design for the client's car company. Samantha tells Darrin that Esmeralda will only visit when she is called.moreless

With the second Stephens baby about to arrive, Samantha engages the services of Esmerelda, a witch who is to serve as her maid. Esmerelda is sweet and kind but she is also given to sneezing quite a bit and, what is much worse, she disappears when she gets stressed! Quite literally seen, but not heard!

Needless to say, Darrin, as usual, has issues with having witches around the house and objects when Esmerelda's accidental antics cause problems with his client. Samantha is in two minds about what to do but finally, she decides that rather than having Esmerelda live in, she will just call on her when she needs her, a choice which seems to suit everybody, especially Darrin.moreless
