It's another eventful Halloween on Morning Glory Circle. Despite Darrin's concern, Samantha reads Tabitha an every day mortal Halloween bedtime story. Unfortunately, Tabitha materializes three spooks out of the pages of her book. On Halloween, the magical pranksters follow Tabitha and Samantha out for an evening of trick or treat, with mostly tricks. After Samantha finally realizes what Tabitha has done, she pops all the spooks back to home. The problem is, Gladys's nephew, Tommy, has traded places with one of them. They end up turning Tommy into a goat, and Tabitha ends up returning the ghouls to their rightful place.moreless

It's Halloween again and naturally, everything has to go wrong!

October 31st rolls around once more and Darrin, not a fan of this date since he married a witch, instructs Samantha to be cautious. He is not pleased when Sam reads Tabatha an everyday mortal Halloween story with the usual ghosts, ghouls and goblins but Samantha can see no harm in it. All is well until the stories is finished and while Samantha is preparing to take Tabatha Trick or Treating, little Tabatha using 'wishcraft' to bring there spooky creatures out of the book and takes them along with her to the neighborhood houses. Samantha has no problem with this because she simply assumes they are local children who are tagging along - until they start performing some unpleasant tricks on some kindly residents of Morning Glory Circle.

Meanwhile, Gladys Kravitz (Sandra Gould) has her nephew staying with herself and Abner (George Tobias) and he too goes out Trick or Treating, accidently changing places with one of Tabatha's conjured spooks due to the fact that his costume is identical. Things get a little hairy when the boy is turned into a goat in Darrin and Samantha's home but all goes back to normal when Samantha insists that Tabatha put her nasty little friends back into the book, which she does.

As far as Halloween episodes go, I found this one quite dull but others may have fun with it, just watch it and see what you think.moreless
