Hey, who turned out the lights? Aunt Clara knocks out the entire Eastern Seaboard's electricity with her magic. Her only hope is her old boyfriend Ocky, who can keep the lights on by having his arms raised. Since they are the only house that mysteriously has power, the Tates and their new client Mr. MacElroy go over to the Stephens house. Aunt Clara tries her best to keep Ocky hidden from view by hiding him in the closet. Darrin discovers him, but all he sees is a pair of walking shoes, a perfect campaign for his client!moreless

When Aunt Clara comes over to babysit Tabitha while Samantha and Darrin entertain a client with Larry and Louise, she accidently casts a spell which wipes out the power supply of the entire Eastern Seaboard. Flustered and not sure what to do, she reluctantly calls on her old boyfriend, Ocky, to help her. Turns out that Ocky can keep the lights on if he raises his arms above his head. Unfortunately, this works only in the Stephens' house so Samantha, Darrin and the Tates bring Mr. McElroy of McElroy Shoes over to their house. He is unimpressed by the advertising campaign that Darrin has prepared until an invisible Ocky leaves the closet where he has been hiding, with only his shoes visible as they walk out the door. Turns out that THAT concept was something he liked!

Marion Lorne, like Agnes Moorehead, makes any episode watchable, even if the scripts are sometimes not so great and that's just one reason to keep watching!moreless

Elizabeth Montogmery looks lovely as usual. I did notice that for a lot of the episodes in 1966 she wears a heart shaped necklace. Maybe this was actually hers and not just a prop. Possibly, it openened and there was a picture of her son (born in 1964)..? I guess we'll never know. I digress.. Aunt Clara accidentally turns off the power for all of the East coast. She calls her old boyfriend Achy to help her. Achy is played by Reginald Owen who stared in one of my favorite Christams Carol movie adaptations (1939). Achy get the power back on in the Stephen's house but it only stays on if he keeps his arms up.. The Tates and Stephen's bring the client to the Stephen's when they hear there is power there. Mrs. Cravitz scares poor Achy invisible except for his shoes - which walk out the door.
Just so happens the client sells shoes and you can guess the rest. Favorite line - when Aunt Clara does a Scottish jig to cover up Achy's whereabouts, the client says "I bet she know's where the brandy is"moreless
