As Darrin locks himself out of the house, the camera shifts between Darrin and Danger. Darrin is in front of the living room window. When the camera shifts back to Darrin from Danger, he is now in front of the den window. Not enough time has passed for him to walk that far.

The jets shown flying over are Boeing 707s, and while equipped with turbojet engines as evidenced by the trails of black smoke behind them and known for their characteristic howl, the sounds used were not the sounds of the Pratt and Whitney JT3D that the Boeing 707 and Douglas DC-8 were equipped with in this time period. The sounds were dubbed in and are likely that of a Lockheed F-104 Starfighter or another fighter of the period equipped with the Pratt and Whitney J-57/JT3C turbojet, which has a much higher pitched whine.
Sam tells Darrin that she will live longer than he will. But in episode 22, she tells him that she will zap herself into aging the mortal way.
