While Endora throws a Halloween party, she and Uncle Arthur are still clashing over the house across the street, and Gladys is still dumbfounded.
  • A continuation of the previous episode which, in my country, was aired as one.

Endora prides herself on the fact that her Halloween parties are always a huge success and she is determined that this one is not going to be any different despite Uncle Arthur's constant, irritating presence. The parade of witches and warlocks arrive at Darrin and Samantha's door and (naturally), Gladys Kravitz sees them walk THROUGH the door as they enter. Of course, Abner, as usual, thinks she is losing her mind.

This was probably one of Paul Lynde's most non-annoying performances for me. The character of Uncle Arthur just drove me insane and I'm not really sure why as I had no problem at all with the rest of Samantha's 'witchy' relatives. Worth watching, even if it was a bit predictable in places.moreless
  • Classic Halloween episode for a classic show.

This is your classic Bewitched episode - Halloween. Endora decides to throw a lavish Halloween party at the Stephen\'s home. I would say season three has Elizabeth Montgomery at her most beautiful and this episode is no exception. She donns a lovely black dress and classy hairstyle that cleary shows her stunning beauty.. But I digress. This episode includes Endora\'s \"Night before Halloween\" poem complete with Uncle Arthur\'s ad-libs. Also included is Mrs. Cravitz attempt to crash the party. My favorite moment is Darrin (Dick York) learning a new dance from the cat/woman. Overall, this episode includes all the classic elements from the Bewitched series.moreless
