The Kravitzes have a fight and Abner is kicked out of the house. The Stephenses welcome him with open arms, and Abner decides to stay with them permanently. Samantha gets them back together by having them dream about the day they proposed to each other. It works, and Gladys and Abner run out into the street -- in slow motion -- and embrace each other.
