Esmeralda is reading Mother Goose to Tabitha, and ends up sneezing up the real Mother Goose. Meanwhile, Phyllis stops by in a wig and wild clothes and says she's left Frank for good. Frank comes over, but Phyllis won't see him. Sam conspires to make Phyllis jealous and want Frank back by using Mother Goose.
