As the clash between Ray and Salima begins, it is apparent that both Beybladers are evenly matched and their combined power and strategies results in their first match ending in a tie. Determined not to give in so easily, Dr B and Gideon insist on a rematch but when it looks like another tie is likely Dr B begins to cheat in an attempt to give Salima the edge she needs to win. While Salima battles against Cyber-Driger for control of her mind, determined that she will defeat Ray in a fair fight, Ray discovers that Salima did try to meet him again after their initial meeting about the Cyber Bit-Beasts. As the intense Beybattle concludes, Driger is finally able to overcome his enormous Cyber counterpart and Salima is defeated, but when the Bladebreakers ask her to leave the Psykicks she is too embarrassed to join them as they make their way to the next level.
