Beyond belief fact or fiction will return in 2009 with 8 new episodes on a new season!!! It is not yet known wheather johnathon frakes will return to host but FOX has confirmed the return of the show and said new episodes will begin in early 2009!!! If you don't belive me go to www.wikipedia.org and search beyond belief fact or fiction, it will be at the bottom of the article!! I'm so excited! Any questions or comments?

Dude that is so freakin' sweet.I watched this show every time it was on even if it was a repeat.I hope they make a reall creepy one like the Red-Eye Creature one(I couldn't sleep for 3 months after watching that one)

So the thing about the 8 new episodes was right? Wow thats cool. I love this show. I do not want to ruin the moment but Wikipidia is'nt always right. It could be & thats all that matters. Lets hope that this is fact & not fiction.

I'm about 99.9% sure that that was, unfortunately, as GhostLover said, just one of those stories that you want to be fact--but you KNOW it's fiction. I'm glad I never got my hopes up over it. It seemed too good to be true and far too unlikely to actually happen. Besides, anyone can edit a Wiki page to say anything (that's why there's nonsense written all the time.) So why would I trust such an announcement?

This is from wikipedia:

"In 2008, a rumor surfaced that a fifth season (consisting of 8 new episodes) was under production and scheduled to air on FOX in early 2009 with Jonathan Frakes reprising his role as host. In an email asking for confirmation, FOX denied these rumors, saying they are FALSE."

I'm not sure if this is correct though. I would love it if there were new episodes.

I REALLY hope this is true, but I can find no news about it anywhere. The only thing I saw about it was on wikipedia, and now it seems someone debunked this. But it could be being picked up by some other network (scifi maybe?) But who knows...

That wikipedia article doesnt cite a source. In addition I couldnt find anything on Google regarding a new season. So most likely its not true.

Well, it's May 2009 and there hasn't been any new episodes of Beyond Belief: Fact or Fiction. I strongly suspect the the rumours were false.
Since when do shows come back 7 years after being cancelled?
Sorry, I want new episodes as much as anyone but it ain't gonna happen
