  • I watched the FREE pilot episode from itunes. I love the music and the scenery. Hawaii is beautiful. Makes me home sick.

I love to watch anything that shows Hawaii and Beyond the Break does a good job of that. What a beautiful house on the beach. All the music they play is good too. The acting and writing could be better. A lot of new actors and actresses so I believe they will get better as the series goes on. I thought it was really convenient that all the girls are so different. Kind of like Charlie\'s Angels meets Blue Crush. Haole\'s speaking pidgin always cracks me up. She\'s really \"Da Kine\". I hope the series stays on TV and that the acting gets better. Let\'s see more locals too.moreless
  • This series looks promising.

I really like the character setup and general vibe of the show. It looks like it will be a very interesting series. I especially like the character Lacey. She has a past she wants to put behind her. She really wants to make a future for herself in surfing, although she will have to get her act together. I also like the character Justin. He seems to care about the girls, even if he trys not to show it. Bailey seems to be full of himself. I think that image will change as the series goes on though. Overall a pretty good pilot.moreless
