A Big Brother Community
Wednesday 8:00 PM on CBS

... CBS's Big Brother is moving days! The prolific reality program currently airs on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Sundays, but starting July 11 it will move to Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. That means the live eviction episodes will now take place on Thursdays. Tuesdays will now feature reruns of NCIS: Los Angeles and Person of Interest from 9pm to 11pm. [CBS via press release]

... Showtime will follow comedian Tig Notaro around the country for a documentary called Knock, Knock, It's Tig Notaro. Notaro, who is a favorite in the business and is probably best known on television for her work on The Sarah Silverman Show, is planning a North American tour where she'll perform in unusual and intimate venues like fans' backyards or driveways and Showtime will bring some cameras along. Notaro recently used her cancer diagnosis as fuel for a stand-up set that many big guns in the industry, including Louis C.K., called one of the best they've ever seen. [Showtime via press release]

... Fox is previewing its late-night stoner cartoon hour "Animation Domination High-Def" in primetime, with an early look at two of the block's programs. On July 21 at 9:30pm, Fox will bump a repeat of American Dad in favor of the short-form animated comedies High School USA! and Axe Cop. Animation Domination High-Def will make its official debut on Saturday, July 27 at 11pm. Adjust your bongs accordingly. [Fox via press release]

... Under the Dome dropped only slightly in the ratings department (though it suffered a huge decrease in the quality department) in its second episode. After drawing over 13 million viewers in week one, last night's episode grabbed 11.82 million sets of eyeballs, an impressive retention rate for the second episode of any series. Under the Dome was able to thwart competition from the debut of NBC's Siberia, which pulled in just a blip over three million viewers. [Variety]

... Marie Osmond's talkshow Marie has been canceled by Hallmark! [Deadline Hollywood]

... Singer Jewel has been added to the judging panel of NBC's a capella singing show The Sing-Off. She joins vets Shawn Stockman and Ben Folds. The Sing-Off will air later this year. [NBC via press release]

... In addition to watching guys dressed as Superman eat hot dogs, one of the fun extras of going to Comic-Con is seeing which shows do a little extra self-promotion by "sponsoring" the key cards that local hotels use in San Diego. This year, the honor goes to CBS's Person of Interest, which becomes the first show exclusively featured. Usually, hotel guests have their pick of multiple designs. I'll raffle mine off when I return in late July. [Deadline Hollywood]
