If Matt uses the diamond power of veto can he put someone back on the block that has removed themselves from the block with the regular veto?

They didn't really discuss the specifics of that, and I wish they would have.

I mean, I don't think it would be fair if you could put up the person that either won the Veto or was taken off with the Veto. But they never said that that person would be safe.

I would assume that Ragan is immune from the Diamond PoV because I believe it's in ADDITION to the Golden PoV rather than OVERRIDING it.

That probably wouldn't be a problem in Ragan's case, since Matt would put Britney or Kathy in the replacement spot before Ragan.
