Following Britney's eviction, the three remaining HouseGuests, Enzo, Hayden and Lane, compete in the final Head of Household competition. The final competition consists of three parts. The winner of part one advances to part three where he will face off against the winner of part two. The winner of the third part will have the the right to evict the third place finisher.
