      • Adam Gertler: Bid Daddy has discovered a method whereby you can consume lasagna without needing that pesky knife and fork. (Aaron starts laughing) Or even a plate, really.
        Aaron: That's why I did it this way. The Big Daddy way. I like to eat without the fork, and–
        Adam Gertler: "Why can't I have lasagna while driving in the car?" That's the question that's plagued millions for centuries!

      • Adam Gertler: Some people might think it's kinda weird that– we're obviously making a dessert; we're making a sweet custard, a sweet bread pudding. Is it weird that we're putting salt in it?
        Aaron: You know what? Actually that's a good question. Whenever you're adding salt to anything sweet, it's really just broadens the palate. It really just allows the sweetness not to overpower your tongue. You just get a lot more flavor.

      • Adam Gertler: So, only your twisted mind – and I mean that in the nicest possible way – would come up with–
        Aaron: Talk to me!
        Adam Gertler: Chicken pot pie, which I love– pot pie, anything in a pie form is great.
        Aaron: Right, right.
        Adam: But then, you're like, "You know what? Why isn't that a soup?" You're an artist!
