Big Love

Another great episode of Big Love here, we got great development of all the plots and it was a great follow up to the premiere. I loved the interactions between Marge and Nikki, they were just great together here, and Nikki is getting way more likable by the episode. You begin to understand why the way she is with her background and the compound, the fact that she helped Bill's brother and his wife was just one of the reasons why she is so great. This episode left us with a feel good ending with all the wives sitting with Bill.



Hopefully now, the storm has finally calmed and people will stop mentioning what happened in the season 1 finale at governor's mansion. Ben's story lines are just not as interesting as they were last season, and I've been enjoying Sarah more as of late now that we've got Aaron Paul in the mix.



Overall a great episode with a lot of great plot elements, all the characters were likable, and I can't wait for the next episode.

This was better than the season 2 premiere, albeit not by that much. For some reason the show has just not captured that feeling that the was present during the first season and recaptured during the third. Maybe it is because there has yet to be a true story arc developed for this season. I mean Barb going to school is not exactly season 1 of Lost, if you know what I mean. I hate to write negatively about Big Love, but sometimes you have to do so to mix in with the positives.

I thought that this episode was good but not one of the best. I felt really bad for Bill and Don that they had to deal with someone vandilzed thier billboard for the store and that they had to pay someone out of their own pockets to get it fixed. It was nice seeing Barb going back to school evan though it did not last that long. I think that Wonda and Bill's mother were lucky that Margie and Nikki were at the compound when the police arrived. I felt bad for Nikki that Barb and Bill forgot her anniversary. I can not believe that Joey would start drinking again and that he turned himself in for a crime he did not commit to protect his wife.

In this episode i was expecting a little more from Barb, i think she was too "ok" with everything, like she was before.



I think that she should put some pression on Nikki to get her to do the things the right way, which we always doesnt.



I really love Margie and i think its time she has more responsabilities around the house, she already proved that she is committed with the family and its values, so its time they give her a chance to shine.



And that whole thing with Roland is kinda annoing, i think they should focus more on the family then in the compound.

This has to be one best episodes I have seen so far. From the way Margene handles the situation at Joey's house to way Barbara explaining to Nicky that sending a Hummer to intimidate Bill's secretary is not the way to go. Margene has the most serious talk with Bill's mother and she tells Margene that she doesn't understand how Bill's wives can like each other so much. And Barbara gets a call from Wanda who apologizes for her behavior while she was at the Hendricksons.But the big event of the night had to be when the State Police come to arrest Joey's wife and he falsely confesses to the crime, they lead him away in handcuffs while the song"Oh Happy Day" is playing in the background. This was a whirlwind episode.

This was a great episode. There was so much going on that it was difficult to keep up if you haven't watched up until now. Lets run down the list of things that happened tonight, shall we? Everyone forgets Nikkis anniversary. Home Plus has a billboard that gets de-faced. Joey falls off the wagon. Alby defies Roman and gets the state police involved in the poisoning case. Margene finally gets to see the compound. Brynn gets to meet some of Bens family and he tells her the truth. Joey takes the blame for poisoning Alby and gets arrested. And thats not even ALL of it. I love the direction the show is going in and I cannot wait to see how it all ends up.
