There's been a recent string of murders in Paradigm City. The suspect - a woman in a red cloak and hood. The victims - individuals who claim to have memories from before the great amnesia. The clue the woman leaves behind the phrase "Cast In The Name of God, Ye Not Guilty" at every crime scene. As he attempts to make sense out of all of this, Roger Smith deals with his constant flashbacks. Angel helps put him on a path that may just tie all these events together!moreless
