  • This is probably Season 2's worst episode

I love "Big Time Rush" and I find the show to be super duper enjoyable but this episode was just pointless and very annoying. I felt like I had to put ear plugs in my ears throughout almost the entire episode. Kendall, James, Carlos, and Logan's friend was super annoying in this episode. I was just so annoyed by her always destroying things in the Palm Woods and just making the guy's situations go chaos. I did laugh pretty hard at the plot with Logan trying to fix things at Rocque Records Studio and things aren't going well when those guys are threatening them. That plot is what made my score come to be pretty high. Also, the way that friend of the boys would talk is so annoying. She honestly doesn't look like a teenager. The creators obviously probably hired that blond actress who looks like she is 30 or 40 years old but pretends to be a teenager. I just didn't like how most of the situations in this episode was going. There were a few more funny parts but most of this episode was forgettable since I've only seen it once. One time was good enough to watch this episode. I couldn't stand it and most of it was forgettable. I do remember that friend joining that huge guy's group at the end of the episode and that part was kinda good. Overall, I love this show but this episode was forgettable and just pointless... Season 2's worst episode in my opinion. 4.5/10

  • Fillers are a flush

Understand one thing before I get started. The rating that I gave this episode reflects my view of the show as it is now. I have already written one review of this show and cannot go back and write another one. My first review reflected my views about the first season. This review reflects my view of season 2. That being said, I truly believe that this episode begins the downfall of Big Time Rush from what little appeal I felt that the show carried in season 1. Whereas season one was full of its less than stellar moments, copied WAY to many elements of other Disney Channel, Nick, and Toon Disney shows, and taught no moral or ethical lessons (until the very end, which was chocked full of them), it did have a focus. The boys wanted to become famous. Therefore, the driving idea behind the season was the boys performing various concerts, doing various odd jobs and stunts, and trying to convince their overseer, Griffin, to give them a shot a becoming the next big boy-band, all in the attempt to attain fame. Season 2, however, has no driving ideas. The boys have already attained their fame and, as such, have nothing to do but act stupid and perform for various reasons. There is a minimum of episodes in this season that serve any real purpose other than to look flashy and make use of HD technology. The first episode was necessary. I have to admit that the question of what happens next was buzzing around in my mind after the stellar season finale. The first episode served to answer those questions. I thought that something might actually come of that scenario that involved the boys no longer being famous in their own town. However, that hope died by the end of the episode, leaving me nothing to expect or hope for from season 2. The story is done. The boys are famous. They've impressed Griffin and gotten their record deal. There aren't anymore decent stories to tell. The only thing left to do is to waste fans' time with suckish filler material.
