Vinnie's always been my favourite, and I still loved him as much as ever once the new series aired. He's just hilarious. XD I like someone who can make me laugh a lot, no matter how down I'm feeling, and Vinnie's one of those people... er, mice. Although it's not just his sense of humour I like, I think he's actually a really well-balanced character overall, even if he does have a big ego. He can be sweet and sensitive when he wants to be, even if it's not a side he shows a lot, and he's not COMPLETELY stuck up himself, as awesome as he knows he is.

I think the way he's attracted to Charlie is absolutely adorable too. I've always loved them together.

Throttle's a close second. He's definitely got the looks, and his voice is perfect. I've always liked Rob Paulson's acting, but the way he does Throttle... there's just something about it that can actually send chills down your spine. He might not be Vinnie, but he's got an amazing personality in his own right, and if Vinnie wasn't in the show, he'd be my favourite for sure. XD
