The program features a wide range of experts including Supreme Court justices, educators, legal philosophers, and judges. Episodes include "For the People" which examines the impact of the Constitution on the lives of American citizens as seen in landmark Supreme Court cases, "In the Beginning" which features the roots of the Constitution and its impact on American society, and "Strictly Speaking," a discussion of the "original intent" of the framers of the Constitution.
