Billy was once a rotten human boy who used to bully and terrorize everyone around him, espcially animals. One day, however, he went too far when he tormented a magician's cat, and the magician then punished him by turning him into a kitten. Now Billy must spend nine lives as a feline.
Based on a French comic strip, this is avery good show. In the comic, Billy is ran over by a car and gets reincarnated as a cat, but otherwise, the show is very faithful to the darker comic. I give it a ten.moreless

Billy was a mischevious boy. One day, a magician decided to punish him and he became Billy the Cat! Production: Billy the Cat was born in 1981, in the pages of the newspaper of Spirou. It was created by the draughtsman Stphane Colman and the scenario writer Stephen Desberg, for a small history in comic strip which was not to have continuation. But the character was so much attaching that they gave again to him life in a series of formidable albums. He lived thus of many adventures before reappearing once again in animated drawings and starred in his own TV Series years back on Family Channel.moreless
