Andrew: What's next for me? Steamed bear claw in Shanghai? Spoiled yak milk in Tibet? Cooked armadillo in Mexico? Who knows, but remember, if it looks good, eat it!

Andrew: (eating moose lip) That's one of the craziest things I've ever eaten in my life. As I'm eating it and moving it from the front of the mouth to the back of the mouth as I'm chewing it, I'm realizing that that's what that function of that muscle in the moose's mouth. That's a little freaky, Doug.
Andy (the guide): No worries about bears this time of year, OK?
Andrew: I don't worry about bears. I eat bears, Andy. Bears are afraid of me.
Andrew: I'm not a little bit scared of the whale oil, I am petrified of the whale oil.
