Andrew: (while exercising) I got to tell you, I'm just killing time until the dumpling stand opens.
Andrew: (about camel paw) Every once in a while, I confront a food that is crazy even for me. And, I think that might be it. I mean braised camel paw, that's as strange as food gets.
The new season has an altered montage of shots before the new opening segment, first shown during the last episodes of the first season.
At the close of the episode, Andrew doesn't mention other unique continental dishes in his trademark sign-off which has since become traditional for his series.
Andrew starts featuring footage of fans sampling international cuisine. In this episode, the footage is of Robert Huffman from California trying the fried birds in Thailand.
