Andrew: I have to admit hakarl (fermented shark) looks edible, but there's something about unrefrigerated meat hanging on hooks, unprotected from the elements that makes me a little wary.
With this episode, Andrew has definitely shortened his trademark sign-off. In this episode, instead of mentioning other exotic foods, he goes straight to his trademark signature, "If it looks good, eat it!"
