In Bizzare Foods: Pennsylvania, Andrew Zimmern tries some new cuisine and even meets a Food Network Chef, Morimoto. While at Morimoto's restaurant, he samples some Japanese fare like braised snake and bumble bee larva. Andrew also assisted in cooking sausages at Czerw's Kielbasy's, a smokehouse, and sampled its bigos, a Polish stew. At the Redneck Ranch, he added a pig's head, the main ingredient, to a boiling pot, to create scrapple, a concoction of cornmeal and pig scraps.
