Train has been acting strangely ever since he heard Creed was still alive. And Chartan has asked him to go find Creed a few days from now, there will be some kind of festival (but not the kind with fireworks and stuff). Train sees Chartan and Kyouko again and demands to see Creed. A new member of Apostles of Stars is also introduced (it's a girl, I forgot her name though). Creed comes out from some weird portal and they blow up the presidential office.
Train meets Creed again. Creed asks Train to join the Apostles of Stars, and Train is still angry at Creed for killing Saya. But Train can no longer defeat Creed because he has the power of the Tao (he's immune to Train's gun now) Train refuses to join the AoS. We also learn that Sven had an old partner in the IBI called Lloyd.
It was an action-packed episode. The showdown between Train and Creed was interesting and it seems that Creed and his members have become a lot more powerful since the last time (more than the Chronos). What will Train do now?moreless
A summit conference between leaders is being held, and the Apostles of the Stars plan to interrupt it in the form of a revolution. Train, learning that Creed is alive, goes to confront him, abandoning his friends in the process. Eve and the others follow to try and stop the Apostles of the Stars from causing chaos. Sven has a terrible vision, and races to find and protect Train from powers beyond his current state.moreless

More Apostles of the Stars introduce themselves in this episode.
Durham Glaster - the gunman with a western hat and metallic mask covering his nose, mouth, and chin. His special power is his ability to use Chi power as bullets.Master Maro - the heavy-set sumo wrestler guy. His special ability is controlling gravitational forces, making airborne objects fall, making people very heavy that they cannot move, or repelling other attacks. In the opening video, he also attacks with his hands much like Honda in Street Fighter 2.
Leon - the kid who spends most of his time riding on the skateboard. His special ability is to manipulate air by either choking the victims, render air attacks useless, whirl around at high speed for attacks, or launch a devastating twister tornado attack.
Echidna Parass - this light-turquoise haired movie idol actress is the right-hand woman to Creed, often sporting similar fashion patterns to him. Her special ability is dimensional portals to pop in and out of. She can reach into one portal with a pistol and the other end would be against the victim's head. She can also gate out for a quick escape.

Eve: Ever since Creed appeared, Train has been acting strange. Whenever I ask him about it, he simply changes the subject. Although he continues to travel with us with a straight face, I'm sure he's planning something. In any case, if you get Sven hurt again, you're going to hear from me. -
Train: (hits Sven's head) I'm hungry.
Sven: Huh?

Sven: Forget about them! They're way beyond us!
Train: Creed! You... why did you stop me?
Sven: Put an end to your reckless ways! Do you want to die?!

Sven: (punches Train) Like you know everything... stop thinking that your life only belongs to you! -
Kyouko: Kuro-sama, you've come!
Train: (raises a gun at Kyouko) Bring Creed to me.
Charden: Please be patient. You will meet him soon.
Train: I don't have time to wait for him.
Charden: Please observe your surroundings with a sound mind. Did that impress you? Those are the fireworks of a festival. To free the people from corrupt rulers. To cleanse the world from filth and return it to it's natural state... That is the obligation of people with power.
Train: (shoots Charden's hat) Let me see Creed now! -
Charden: This is not good, Kyouko-san. In times of battle, one must be merciless. (gunshot sounds) Hm? What?
Train: Like I promised, I came!
Kyouko: Kuro-sama! -
Officer #1: (to Leon) Hey, you! What are you doing there?
Officer #2: Are you alone, kid? It's dangerous out here.
Leon: Yeah, it's dangerous alright... If you come near me.
Officer #2: Come on. Who knows what your mom will think if a kid like you gets hurt loitering around at a time like this...
Officer #1: (to officer #2) What's wrong?
Officer #2: I-I can't breathe...
Leon: See? I told you that it'd be dangerous if you come near me. -
Jenos: Oh? That is... Echidna Parass! I'm a huge fan of hers. Perhaps I should get her autograph!
Pilot: (sighs) -
Creed: Let this day go down in history... As the day the Apostles of the Stars set forth a giant step for mankind.

Sven: Huh? No way! I have to compensate for the damage done to the rental dress and... Er, yeah, the reward money in cities are higher.

Sven: I'm getting worried about Train. As soon as he heard Creed's name, he disappeared from our sights.
