ok, so im a little lost when it comes to this 'competition' thing. they always talk about being in the "lead" and what now, but whats the point of it? do they get a reward for being the first team to hit 3 holes or what? is it just bragging rights? i mean, any crew can go and dig three holes in 50 days. it doesn't mean that all 3 are going to be profitable. so lets say 2 crews get all three holes done, the crew that finished first has 2 holes that produce oil and the other crew, while finishing second (orlast) has all 3 producing. wouldn't the slower crew be more profitable?
