AIRED:
Breathtaker, Black Scorpion's long time enemy, is resuscitated by the mad yet benign Dr. Phoenix, and his lovely, buxom assistant, Ariana. Breathtaker plots to torture the city of angels with a nerve gas that brings their worst fears to life through dangerous hallucinations.

DR. NOAH GODDARD (Adam West) is a brilliant cardiopulmonary surgeon who lost his career after suffering brain damage from a gunshot wound. Since then, he has lived in isolation, unable to breathe without the help of the mechanized, oxygenated suit of armor that he invented. Renaming himself BREATHTAKER, he murders Darcy's father and plots to take revenge on the city by asphyxiating the population with a hallucinatory gas.
