Black Scorpion

CAMERON ALBRIGHT (Ala Scotti) is a handsome tabloid photographer who wants to become the Angel's Herald star photojournalist and is determined to capture Black Scorpion's identity on film. The opportunity arises when she is unmasked while capturing a band of criminals; while trying to conceal her identity, Black Scorpion uses the power of her Scorpion ring and inadvertently blinds the photographer. Crazed by his loss of sight, Cameron encases himself in a reflective costume and renames himself FLASHPOINT. He vows to make the entire city live in darkness as he does, and he designs an enormous laser that will blind the population en masse.
