Continuity: Terminal was ellipsoidal in the previous episode. In this episode, it has become a perfectly round planet.

Crew Visible?: When Vila is going back for Cally, someone moves in the background of the shot. However, based on the motion, it might be intended to be a Link.

Continuity: The year and a half delay between the broadcast of "Terminal" and "Rescue" creates some minor continuity issues in the costumes and hair styles of the cast.

Continuity:Servalan says that the Links are the future of human evolution. But they look nothing like "Moloch" did and that was supposed to be the future.

Continuity: When Vila struggles with the trooper, his bracelet is seen briefly on his wrist after it has supposedly fallen off.

Continuity:Cally says Liberator's teleporter has killed Moloch, but he somehow gets half-way across the teleportation room after being teleported.

Plot Hole: The Ultra claim to be the ultimate collectors of information but overstate the amount Avon stole from the Federation banking system by a factor of 100.

Revealing Mistake: When Tarrant, after trying to alert Dana, falls against the console, he almost tips it over.

Continuity: When the alien artifact begins to disintegrate, the small plastic dome Tarrant placed on top of it disappears.

Other Mistake: Some of the dead guards breath while they're being carried off by the rebels.

Revealing Mistake: When Avon, Cally, Tarrant and Franton are fleeing the center, a long shot has an insect of some kind crawling up the middle of the screen.

Revealing Mistake: When the Liberator appears Servalan's scanner, a few stars move with the frame in a bad matte combination.

Continuity: Dayna is clearly not carrying the rather large bomb she later uses.
