    Trivia, Notes, Quotes and Allusions

    • TRIVIA (6)

      • This is the second time Princess Flame's hand in marriage could be decided over a challenge or game.

      • From this episode you can really start to notice how fond this show was of drawing random bear characters

      • When Flicker is hiding in the bail of hay during the archery contest, he says he's broken his last arrow and shows Flicker snapping it in half, yet miraculously he manages to fire a full arrow.

      • This is the third time that a character has used the phrase, "Oh look, a rainbow" To distract another character as Sir Loungealot says it to the imposter Robbing Hood.

      • Turnspit is mentioned in this episode once again, but doesn't appear

      • In the backround of the final scene, after the fake Robin Hood is found out. There is a mouse in a dress with a scared look on it's face. And it just sits there, not moving at all, in the same pose.

    • QUOTES (3)

      • Sir Loungealot: How I detest going to these dreadful merchant market clearance sales. All that hissing, clawing and stampeding...
Flicker: And may I say, you excel at all three, m'lord.

      • Sir Loungealot: He pinched my broad sword!
Sir Burnevere: Pillaged my battle axe!
Sir Hotbreath: (dressed up as a girl as a trick to lure in Robbing Hood) He pocketed my panties!

      • Flicker: It's Robbing Hood! (A fat chicken lands on the ground. Flicker looks at a skinny picture of Robbing Hood) Hmm...with a bit of a weight problem.

    • NOTES (4)

    • ALLUSIONS (1)

      • Flicker: "Robin Hood Can't Be Bad!"
Basically is the old child's tale of how Robin Hood stole form the rich to give to the poor. He was a hero to all. And in this episode he was a hero to Flicker.
